Lauryn Bhavnani

Lauryn Bhavnani is a graduate of Missouri Valley College. She graduated with her Bachelor's in English. She writes for fun and as a career. Her writing focuses on pop culture, disability, and academic content.

Lauryn`s work in disability advocacy comes from being diagnosed with a rare disease called idiopathic hypersomnia (IH). She wanted to raise awareness for her condition and IH's sister condition, narcolepsy, through writing.

Outside of advocacy, Lauryn loves to play video games, read a variety of books, and collect plushies to stash in her room.
